I think for many of us, we are "collectors". We like new shiny toys! :p Also, I believe that we are always on the look out for something better or perhaps what we perceive will suite our needs better whether it be longer battery life, more vapor and so on. So having said that, my collection just keeps growing! We all switched to vaping for our different reasons, our health, being truly the main focus. I look at vaping as a healthier choice alternative, but I also view it as a "healthy hobby." ;)

I agree, I am a collector and some what obsessed! I own over 50 mods and am still on the look out for new ones to try.

I've only got 2 types. An NPRO was my first and is collecting dust since I got the KR808d-1. I like the V4L shorty batteries to use at work and use the XL ones at home. And I have a manual passthrough in the car. Most of the money I spend now is for liquid and cartos and I've got a good supply of those. I'm satisfied enough that I haven't smoked cigarettes since Oct 09.

I'm definitely not a collector. I want vaping to eventually save money for me! I bought a 510 and then a few days later, I discovered the eGo. The eGo was just too cool looking to pass up and the battery life looked to be a real advantage over my 510 but, honestly, I wouldn't have bought it if not for the fact that I could still make use of the 510 parts that I have.

i just started last week and already have 3 different ones. i think once you have one and even if you are happy with it, you want to try others if people rave about them.

i started with a DSE084 which was ok but not great. then i got an evo and a titan, and i love both of them. still, i am thinking about trying the tornado....

definitely not a money saving alternative, but your health shouldn't have a price tag. that is my excuse for buying more anyway :D

I want several good mods because I want to always have backups on hand. Right now, in addition to my eGo, I have a Little Chuck. I have plans to buy a Chuck and at least one GG. And maybe a SparkPlug for adapter-free 801 vaping. So in the end, I hope to have four or five mods. I think that puts me in the paranoid group instead of the collector group. :D
