Seven, but soon to be eight.
VV/VW:
Sigelei 100w
IPV Mini 30w
Sigelei 50w Vr2
Provari 2.5
Mechs:
Authentic AV Peg Mod
Authentic AR v2
Fuhattan
My eighth mod is a work in progress, I'm building a custom SX350J dual 18650 box mod with a switch in the battery wiring to switch from series to parallel. It's gonna take me some time because I don't want to go the Hammond box route, I want to make myself a truly custom enclosure for the chip.

I have 26 authentic mechanical mods and half of them are GP from Vapourart. I also have a Provari and a 30W box mod that hardly ever get used. I have definitely become a collector although I try to rotate through a great majority of them on a regular basis, but there are a handful that I use every day and another bunch that I gravitate towards. I used to try to get all tube sizes for a full set but now I'm happy with just 18350s since that's what I mostly use. I enjoy the different materials ranging from different grades of stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, aluminum bronze, titanium, and copper nickel. I also enjoy the design and mechanics of how the different top caps and specifically switches work. There are only a handful of different style atomizers that I use on a regular basis as there are only so many eliquids that I enjoy, but I do like my variety of mechanical mods from different parts of the world.

Greater then 30... mostly mechanical mods along with 5 regulated and an assortment of ego bats too. It isn't necessary to own a lot of mods (says the person that just said she owns greater then 30) but I do think it is important to have at least one back up just incase, maybe more now then ever given the looming deeming regulations that could have a serious impact on what you would be able to buy in the not to distant future.

Are you interested in selling any of your unregulated box mods?

To the original poster, I have 3 Mech mods and 2 VW mods (I use my Smok xpro in Mech mode usually though, I like it cause the battery lasts forever.)

I have at least 30, but haven't counted recently. I collect mechs and unregulated boxes. Sometimes I build my own. I also have more stuff that is older and stashed away in cabinets. I might polish some of them this weekend and do a lineup for a picture.

The burbies of Cleveland
Ipv mini
4 vision spinners
3 mechs
Mvp 20watt
I will own an Innokin Coolfire 4 by the end of next week.

A lot of us started vaping, PGH, simply to quit smoking. But as time went on, the gear kept on getting more advanced. It got better looking, too and converts became hobbyists. It really is pretty great, how the taste and vapor production can change by switching up your gear.

10, I think, or maybe 11 if i count an ARO Winder that still seems to work.

2 iStick 30w
2 Sigelei Zmax
1 Vamo v2
3 iTaste vv3
1 Fallen Angel (mech)
1 Smoktech Galileo (mech)
1 ARO Winder (Ego-style)

Yep, 11. Why? Backups for my backups' backup. And because all except the iSticks and one of the Zmaxs is a year old, +/- a month or two either way, and electronics are not immortal. The mechs are for Vapocalypse prep; I prefer the regulated mods, but I've used the mechs enough to be comfortable with their use and care. Oh, and I still have all the parts and pieces to assemble 2 complete eRolls, and one PCC for it.

If you use vaping in order to quit smoking and/or stay quit, you cannot afford to have only one vape setup, because electronics are fallible, batteries are fallible, atomizers are fallible, people are fallible, and the USPS is fallible. Vaping must always be easier than going to get cigarettes -- if you're really serious about abstaining from smoking.
