For the first 20 years of smoking? Probably 1 to 1 1/2 PAD. For the second 20 years of smoking plus 5 years :) , 1 1/2 to 2 PAD.

I know this might scare the young'uns. At this point? I'm happy to be alive and vaping exclusively for maybe almost 12 weeks now?

Everyone, keep up the good work! If I can do it, you can too!

1 PAD (sometimes more) for 58 years (this is not a typo). Amazingly, I've never had any smoking related health concerns. Had a lung function test last October which was normal. I've been vaping and analog free for 36 days. This is so huge for me because I, never in a million years thought I could do this. Today I was in the drugstore and smokers kept walking by me and all I could think of is how bad they smelled...and I smelled like that for most of my life. Ugh!

The first 4 years was 5-10 cigs a day, then 10 years of a pack a day of Reds. I wish I could take before and after pictures of my lungs as they heal.

Edit: ^Wish I could take before and after pictures of these 20, 30, 40, 58(!) year people's lungs too. Congrats everyone, good work!^
