Around 12 of us at work switched to e-cigs (Ego clones and clearomisers) at the same time (4 months ago). I am the only one who still uses a PV exclusively. Everyone else switches between cigarettes and their PV's. I am the only one who upgraded to a ProVari and carto-tanks and different (non tobacco) juices and have made this my hobby.
I believe that to make the switch completely you have to embrace vaping and let it become a hobby. In my experience a lot of people use vaping as an alternative to smoking as and when it's convenient.

Plus vaping can be quite tiresome, charging, refilling, leaks, changing atties etc.

So is cleaning up after smoking -- ashtrays to dump and wash, ashes to dust and sweep up, bits of tobacco hither and yon on floor, furniture, and carpeting. Not to mention burn marks here and there on things that don't need burn marks on them...

i just cant seem to shake the need for that morning smoke.
after that im good but every morning i just cant resist the urge.
but hey, 1 cigg a day compared to a pack a day is good enough for me.
The morning cig was the hardest one for me to give up, too. I started using a higher nic juice in the mornings (24 instead of 18) and that really helped me not need or want that morning stick.
