How many post before I can post elsewhere

Hi, I have read the beginners rules and it says a small number of posts required. I have been a member for some time but tend to read rather than get involved. I wish to sell all my stuff as I have no managed to kick smoking with all the help from ECF. Could someone tell me how many posts I need to make?

It's true, I just made a post yesterday for my first time, and I've gotten so much feedback I feel like a vaping expert, and I still haven't even vaped yet. I think it is 15 posts.
