How many posts are required before PM's are allowed?

I attempted to send a couple and when I checked my sent items, it said 0.

No post restriction on PM's. need 15 posts to start a thread outside of New Members forum. Users showing a title of "Supplier-Unregistered" do have PM restrictions.

There is a setting in your UserCP to save copies of your outgoing PMs to your Outbox. It's turned off by default so as not to fill up your allowed number of PMs.
