How many threads do I have to start before I am can PM other members of the forum?

I can’t find anything anywhere that says how many posts I a have to make or how long I have to be a member. Did I miss something? Hopefully I’m getting close or have I always had that privilege and just not noticed it?

For your next post,might want to ask general questions in:
General Vaping Discussion
Could also take note of:
"70 posts and above:
Members can no longer start new threads in the New Members Forum, but may post in threads started by others."
(the "New Member forum" is basically used as a polite way of saying hello to all ECF members only)
