IMO if you`re worried that you`re getting too much nic, I say no way! I truly but into the absorption rates, well maybe not completely, but I don`t believe we get near the nic from vaping that we do from analogs. I read some study that said 15 puffs off PV =1/5 of an analog, while I believe that to be low because we don`t "puff" on a PV, I still think that we get significantly less nic.
I will give you one example of why I feel this way. About 10 days into vaping I woke up with a very sore throat, so sore that I just couldn`t even vape. I waited well over an hour, sprayed that nasty numbing stuff in my throat, drank enough water, and finally was able to vape. When I did I didn`t feel any different, unlike the VERY FEW times I didn`t have an analog for any amount of time after waking up, in those cases
I would always get a head rush. I have other reasons to believe this as well, some are TMI

But this is all my experience and opinion, if you are concerned research.
I was a 2 PAD smoker, and vape 24mg almost exclusively, and vape a lot. I had a bottle of 11mg and didn`t notice a difference as for an experiment I vaped it for a day with out any noticeable difference. I also know of someone who recently not knowingly vaped zero nic for a couple days before realizing, and now the plan to vape zero nic. I have 50 ml of 24mg I just bought or I`d be dropping down, although I`m just not that concerned.
All that said do what makes you comfortable, and don`t take my word for it.
