You should be able to now since you are over 5 posts. You may need to register with them. Do you have a link?

idk i just type in vaping in phoenix and it goes to there posts and when i go to post i tells me i cant yet

Then you might need 15 posts...it used to be only 5 but that may have changed. Keep posting to get your count up.
