How many volts can an atomizer handle?

Hi i made a small flashlight mod and all i had on hand was 10440 batteries and tried it with one but was not getting much out of it.

I do have different batteries on the way but in the mean time i stuck two of them in there.

On the voltmeter it says it is pushing out 7 volts and i was wondering if that would burn up my atomizer right away or if it would actually work for a while.

I havent seen much about how many volts an atomizer can take so im not really sure myself and im not really very smart with power rating and voltage.

If you keep it REALLY, REALLY wet and only press the switch for 2-3 seconds you should be okay. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

Thanks! I went ahead and tried it anyway with an older atty.

I took about a 5 second hit then it started to taste bad so i stopped.

2 to 3 seconds is probably about twice as much on that thing that 8 seconds on my regular battery anyeays

You can run an atomizer at 7 volts, just make sure to start off with short draws and keep the atty wet. As the voltage decreases, you will start vaping closer to 6 volts. At that time, you can begin doing 5-8 second draws. Like any system, you would have to experiment and find what works best for you.
