How much do you vape?

So I have been vaping for 12 days now. I have not touched a analog in 12 days. When at home on my lap top or watching tv or a movie I seem to vape constantly. Using my USB Manual PT when at home and I can play a game on my lap top or Xbox 360 and cape for like 4 plus hours straight.

Is this normal for new vapers to vape constantly, should I increase the nicotine strength and hope I wont vape as much, or should I just not worry?

yep, I vape way more than I smoke.

It's not an issue as long as your nic is low and you don't feel like ur getting nic poison.

2 signs would be a headache or stomach ache.

But, if you read the manual that v4l sent you about 12 to 15 draws would be like smoking a cig and then put it down.

I try to follow that, but vaping is so awesome, I find that's hard to follow.

I've read some people can vape a cart 12 hours or more.
I only wish I could do that.

I won't testify to "normal" or not, but I'm always walking around with one in my hand or pocket when I'm at home and it's even worse when I'm working on the computer and have the PT plugged in. I'm using 36mg haven't had any ill side effects to date aside from some moderate gastro-intestinal... um... issues... but even those seem to be leveling off now.

I sort of got tired of sucking on these things all day long and made a homebrew of 47mg...which helps. Although, Dr. Eissenberg insists we are getting nothing vaping and most everyone here disagrees with the severely flawed study...I do agree with the New Zealand study that shows drastically reduced nicotine per puff when compared to a ciggie (10%). Also...you aren't getting all the other chemicals that contribute to the ciggie high.

Vape as needed.... :D

I vap when I want and however much I want, which turns out to be 3-6 ml a day.

I vap 12-24 mg... mostly 12mg. I am not too concerned either way, unless I feel sick.

When I couldn't sleep a couple nights in a row I started putting it down an hour before bed.

As it stands now I am allowed to Vap at work, if that changes I believe my mg will have to go up and treat this like cig breaks every 30-45 minutes.

Anyone else get "ITCHY" at all from smoking too much PG ??? No its not the ....! Ha - I think i just have a reaction to it ..

Make sure you are drinking extra water. Vaping has a tendency to dehydrate you a bit, and if you don't counteract that you will get dehydration symptoms. For me it was a slight headache and my skin was a bit drier - thus the itchy!

Took me about a day after I realized that to drink extra water when vaping and it's now automatic, and no more headaches or itchies!

Also, as we convert from smokers to vapers, don't forget that the body is adjusting a lot and cleansing itself. So many symptoms are attributed to vaping without any consideration that they might be caused by quitting smoking!
