Just trying to get a gage for how much I should expect to vape in a day. My analog consumption is about a pack of Marlboro Ultra Light 100s/day. What mg of nic would be compatible?

I ordered some TW 36mg flavorless commercial e-liquid and intend to cut it with vg and some flavoring. I'm looking for a guide as to how much mg of nic I should cut it down to and how many ml I should expect to conume in a typical day.

A lot of people here say they use about 2ml a day. I am a lot more.

I smoked 2 packs of Marlboro light per day. I use 4-6 ml of liquid per day but I use a relatively light nic of about 9mg.

9 mg is a 3:1 cut of 36mg liquid

Wouldn't that be a cut on 27 mgs? Wouldn't 36 be a 4:1 cut? I'm confused. lol

If I have 24 mgs and I want 8mgs out of it that would be 3:1 3 ml of PG/VG and 1 ML of 24 mg?

You have me confused now. I thought I had it figured out. lol

No. If you have 3ml of PG and 1ml of 24mg would be 6mg mix.

You arent counting all the parts. there are 4 parts total 24 *1/4 =6.

eliquid Strength * Parts eliquid/total parts = mix strength

So what should I cut my 36mg e-liquid down to in order to imitate the nic in a Marlboro Ultra Light 100? What kind of formula would accomplish this, keeping in mind that I will be adding flavors? I am intending on storing it in a 3ml bottle. Hopefully that would get me through the day.

First of all I make a bit larger batch then that at a time and then use that bottle to fill your tiny bottles for the day to go out with. That way you aren't having to mix a batch constantly. Make like maybe 15 mls at a time in a larger jar.

If you cut the 36 with 50% 36 liquid and 50% PG you would have 18 mgs.

You probably want it a little less than that if you smoked an ultra light. You'd probably want 8 mgs.

And this is where I get CONFUSED. lol

I got this information from several members of the forum:

Mixing chart -

2ml 36 + 1ml 0 = 24mg
1.5ml 36 + 1.5ml 0 = 18mg
1ml 36 + 2ml 0 = 12mg
.5ml 36 + 2.5ml 0 = 6mg

29.6ml = 1 ounce

I don't know if this is correct:

Sanneke
1 cig = approx. 1mg nic
1ml of 16mg nic juice = 16mg nic
16mg = 16 cigs
10ml of 16mg juice = 160 cigs

8 mg from 24 mg is 2:1

Okay so with 24 mg liquid...

If I wanted to make 6 mg liquid, I would use 3 parts PG and 1 part 24 mg
So to make 6 mls of it, it would be 5 ml PG and 1 ml of 24?

If I wanted to make 8 mg liquid, I would use 2 parts PG and 1 part 24 mg.
So to make 6 mls of it, it would be 4 ml PG and 2 ml 24?

Is this right? lol

no to the first, yes to the second.

the ratio is correct, but to get 6ml of 6mg you'll need 4.5ml of pg and 1.5ml of 24mg.
