How much is too much vaping? i

I have been having to fill my tank up twice in a day. I don't see it leaking out anywhere, but I can feel the hot juice on my lips. Is that normal? I am at 30watts and 4 volts with a4ohm coil. My mod box is the CoolFire 4 and tank is Aspire Cleto.

That is a pretty good setup not sure it is the best for new capers thouI would try lowering your watts a little

When I first started, I'd go through around 10ml of 24mg a day, easily. It's not uncommon to chain vape when you first start out. As long as it keeps the cravings at bay and you don't feel any ill effects, keep on doing what you're doing.

Perfectly normal to me. A sub ohm tank will burn through more juice than a regular tank since they produce more vapor.

Yup, new vapor=chain vaping. Lower coil means more vapor, mean burning more juice. As long as it works, carry on!

i also have the cleito tank and it is a juice monster i fill some days 3 times but it a great flavor and vape maker

You might have juice in the hole. Try cleaning out the top with a q tip. I vape on an old school iclear 16 so juice in the hole is a recurring issue. LOL. But I love the hot vape.

If you use subohm tanks you will use more juice. Just the nature of the beast.

Try some WTA from Aroma ejuice. I used 36 mg WTA the first month and it really really helped. I am down to 6-12 mg with no WTA. Good luck and do not give up!

How did you get 36mg out of Aroma? Best I could find was 24.
