How Much Juice Will 15mls of flavor get me?

I'm almost ready to pull the trigger and buy flavoring from PA. I'm trying to find out if there is a general starting point for flavor percentage. I tend to like strongish flavors,and about how many mls of zero nic juice will 15mls make.............about?

If you use 20% flavoring, you'll get 75 ml (2.5 ounces), 25% flavoring will end up being 60 ml(2 ounces).
