how much should I pay for a used Steam Machine

Hello all. Saw an ad on craigslist for a used steam machine from greece.can anybody tell me how much should i buy it for. How much is one brand new?

I saw a listing on CL for a used Steam Machine. Complete but without preoxidized wicks. How much is the going price for this?
