Drinking Water - How Much Water Should I Drink Today
This is the best I could do Switched.
I have never been a big water drinker, or anything else for that matter. I will have 2 cups of coffee in the morning and usually a drink or two of water with lunch and wine with dinner. Summer is a bit different, we go kayaking alot and I will drink a couple bottles while out and perhaps a gatorade.

I go thru a case of water a week. I hate my tap water. But I did find out I drink more water now that I vape. I was drinking alot of Pepsi but I was starting to get heart palpatations. Quit the caffeine about a month ago and havent had any palpatations since. Also lost a few pounds in the process. I drink at least 4 20oz bottles a day maybe more. I also have found out since switching to 50/50 I get much more dry mouth. But I cant do anything higher with the PG. It kills my lungs. A couple of hits and it feels like I smoked a pack of cigs. Remember that feeling??? Not very pleasant. so I say drink enough for what ever makes you comfortable.

I've always been a 'water drinker'...Believe it or not it was actually my favorite drink as a kid...lol  Now it's coffee. Anyways, I drink water constantly....I always have a bottle of water with me, so, I would say maybe about 4oz to 8oz an hour...yep, you've guessed it, I go through a lot of toilet paper. lol HTH Happy Vaping :smokie:

Have drastically cut down on coffee since starting vaping. No need for it. That's all i drink is coffee and water.
