To be fair I'd have to do the fast food pay it forward thing and ask that everyone's order that day be doubled, slap down a big enough bribe to take that stupid SR off the end of Wakonda, and help get Nicoticket positioned to make it through the FDA sponsored vapor-geddon. I just have to say wow....I can't believe someone would be that arrogant or rude especially to you Kent and everyone At NT. I mean it just totatlly un-called for after knowing the lengths you go to help your customers and show just how appreciated they are. All I got to say is just brush'em aside and don't look back because people like will come and go but everyone in community you and everyone else built here will be behind you always! People who think they're entitled like that are dime a dozen and will NOT be missed!
I have to say though Kent you handled the situation quite well and I know most people (myself included) would of not been so calm.Kudos and just know even though there might some bad eggs like that there's tons of more people who appreciate what you do and how you do it.So keep on truckin'!

I would love to donate any upgrades. Problem is, I never keep track of when it may be time for one. By the time I know about it, it's bottled up and in the mail. Any suggestions for how to do that?
Do you feel lucky?? My theory on the ones I'm not sure about is to order early and get the first 50ml. Rinse and repeat in a couple of days at a higher level if it turns out to be something my taste buds like.
The gamble is....it may not be there in a couple of days. More often than not, it's still there.
