I just got through this thread and was totally unaware that someone was unhappy and demanding. Wow, I can't imagine expecting but what I order and pay for, and I always get more than I pay for with the bottles filled to the top! I just checked, I have ordered 7 times and I did get what I know now is an upgrade. I ordered a 15 ml bottle of Wakonda once, and it was upgraded to 30. I thought it was a mistake, but was totally pleased! I didn't even fully realize that you have random upgrades until just now, believe it or not :) You guys are all so amazing, and the juices I get are absolutely the finest money can buy IMO, especially Virus, Wakonda, CLS, CB..well actually all of them! NT will always be my go to place for juice. I wish I could afford to try them all! You all are the best :toast:

If I'm ever having a bad day at work, I will be sure to visit this thread. Not so much on the rant part, but more for all of your love and loyalty to NT makes me so happy to be working here. To know something as small as a hand written note is noticed and appreciated is amazing (and forgetting a Zot, but we won't go into that :facepalm: lol). I feel the liquid is our business, but all of you together makes Nicoticket the company and family we are. Thank you :)

There is a reason for the love and the loyalty, Beau. It isn't blind. The NT family at home base who have shown they really care about all of us - the scattered NT masses - have EARNED our affection through thoughtfulness and deed, rather than just words.
How many businesses do you think take the time for personal notes and replies to email instead of canned responses, let alone the real and personal interaction on this forum?

All I can say is overfilled or loyalty filled doesn't matter to me, what matters to me is the great juice and customer service I get from Nicoticket! I wouldn't care if there wasn't a loyalty perk, I would and will always order NT juice! Clark and company show their love for all of us day in and day out and for that NT is truly the best! Plus the fact that Clark makes me smile and laugh! What other company can give you that?

DON'T send an upgrade OR ELSE!!!!! :p

Personally I look at my "50ml" bottles with the extra 10-15ml in them as an upgrade...also the fact I get my order in a few days from ordering with or without Zotz. Anything else you do (including the Zotz) is like a quick hug and a "thank you for ordering enough juice to fill a swimming pool" and is a complete surprise and wonderful. :wub:

Thank you from me for those "normal" upgrades and making my juice as consistently as possible and being a wonderful company. Those, unfortunately for the industry, are upgrades enough for me and highly unusual. *smooches the whole NT team*

Someone actually had the balls to do this? UFB! They are obviously suffering from a chronic case of rectal cranial inversion in the severest form. You should let the door hit them in the backside (knob first!) on the way out.
