Not once in 15 months of vaping have I craved a smoke. I honestly still can't believe it.
Once or twice a week, and I still like the smell of cigarette smoke.
Forgot to mention i also get the cravings every time i step my Nic down. I started at 12 went to 6 spent a couple years there stepped down to 3 spent a couple years there right now at 1.5 although this time the step down didnt cause as many urges
As I approach my three year mark this month, I will say I just had a major craving last week. I'm a tootle puffer and still use my protank 2 as my major go to device. For some stupid reason every coil I put in would flood and then leak juice when I turned it upside down to clear it out. I was getting frustrated that the gear wasn't working right and longed for the simplicity of cigarettes. I just swapped over to my REO and had some good puffs to calm me down. Since then, things have been back to normal. When I first quit, I was told to beware of the threes: three hours, three days, three months and then three years. Those are the most challenging. Fortunately, the next there is three decades and if I cave after thirty years and smoke one, I will not be too worried.
That's why I always have a couple of setups ready to go just in case something goes wrong. I also make sure to have a dripper ready.
Oh my, you haven't converted DH to ecigs yet? I am sure you must be trying or at least setting an example.Me too! But is has to be fresh. I don't like the smell of someone after they've had a cig! Husband, I'm talking about you! [emoji38] oh yeah, he's not on this forum
Excellent idea with the dripper. Now I have another excuse to get more drippers![emoji4]

Must have been hard to switch yourself while living with an active smoker.
I think the reason I still crave after a yr smoke free, is because my husband still smokes.
