I don't mind him, he smokes outside and cleans up after himself!Hard for you also......Don't you just hate the smell and the mess?
I think the cravings would be less if I didn't smell it on him!

Setting an example can be very powerful especially when he finally sees the physical difference in your health compared to when you smoked.

That is fantastic....Congrats!!!!....It took only 2 weeks of vaping for me to go totally off ALL of my COPD meds!
It took me about a year-18 months.I was really surprised last night when I had an intense craving for a cig. It's been over 7 months that I've been vaping and I thought I was out of the woods. Am I alone here having these cravings so long after I've quit the stinkies?
How long have you been vaping and how often do you still crave cigs?
That's the trick an extra Atty with higher nicotine for the times YOU REALLY GOTTA HAVE a cigaretteI can say for myself first off that I'm just shy a month of being a year cigarette free which is absolutely amazing to me. Being a long time smoker for over 30 years I'm not sure if I'm craving a cigarette or the actual act of smoking. Whichever it is I find when I do have those "cravings" I pick up my tobacco ejuice that is higher nicotine than my ADV's and it passes quickly.

I wrinkle my nose everyday when my husband comes home from work and gives me a kiss.Me too! But is has to be fresh. I don't like the smell of someone after they've had a cig! Husband, I'm talking about you! [emoji38] oh yeah, he's not on this forum
it takes months to be used to the feeling of reduction tbhMaybe it has something to do with me changing from 18 mg to 12 mg a few weeks ago. I would've thought I'd be used to the new dose by now
When stepping down especially for the first hell even second time, it is good to keep some of the higher nic juice on hand for those special occasionsI was glad I didn't dilute all my 18mg to 12 mg . That helped last night. Still, I was surprised by the intense craving!
Vaping for a bit more than 3 years now. Had some cravings off and on for the first 6-9 months, most often right after lunch, go figure. The cure for me was a few drops of 36 mg WTA.
The Whole Tobacco Alkaloid (WTA) helps some with cravings. The cure for me was a few drops of 36 mg WTA.

It might be good to have some on hand.
I, too, sometimes feel like a cig, even after 5 years of vaping. I resist and just go hide out and power vape for a while. I really felt like i could never ever quit cigs, so, I do not care if I get a little light headed by power vaping. Power vaping for me is every other breath is a vape. All-in-all it works for me. Good luck and vape on.
Vaping for over seven years. There were several times in the first 6 months or so when I absent-mindedly started looking for my lighter or smokes. But, it was purely a reflex kind of thing and not accompanied by any actual craving. After smoking for 35 years the habit was probably as strong, or stronger, than the addiction. I believe that's why vaping was so successful.I was really surprised last night when I had an intense craving for a cig.
