How often do you encounter other vapers?

I'm in the UK and see people vaping every day

Quite a few people walking around town with ecigs and I keep spotting people on the school run too, although twice at my daughters school (she's 4) I've seen someone vaping on school grounds which I disagree with.

One of our local ego/ce4 and hangsen cart sellers has just got some protanks, evods and T3S in stock and he set up a website which includes vamos and mvp2. I might start mod spotting soon

plus my OH, best not forget him!

I don't often run into other vapors. However when I do it's like we knew each other like a distant relative. After the conversation we go our separate ways where we may or may not see each other again.

I started off using ciga-likes and my coworker got an ego/evod setup. I loved it so I got into it. Now several others at work are looking into getting one. Our local shop sells mostly glass and hookas and "tobacco use only" accessories. Everytime I go in there's usually several people gathered around the ecig corner. They have a hard time keeping protanks in stock.

I remember when I started in January 2013, no one seemed to vape in my town other than me and 2 friends. Then I switched 3 more of my friends to vaping. So that was 5 people I saw on a regular basis that vaped. Occasionally I'd see an unfamiliar person vaping.

However, in the last 2 months a local store started selling e-cig stuffs (kanger tanks, evods, c-twists, designer batteries, tons of liquids, etc). Now I'm starting to see them EVERYWHERE.

I have seen a few people using mods in their cars but not on foot or about town. In dc there isn't much tolerance for smoking like behavior so i tend not to use it much around people. I don't know anybody who vapes actually .

I live in east TN and I am seeing them everywhere it seems. Lots of egos, I have yet to spot a mod tho. I only have one pv and I take it everywhere, it is a chi you and I really haven't gotten any comments but I'm not looking for the attention I just want to use it everywhere and help spread awareness. Heck I was getting a tattoo and I asked if I could vape, the artist said "sure you can, insurance can't stop that" (he is a smoker and has to go out side of his own shop, I agree with that but understand the frustration) after he finished I hung out and continued to vape and a few ppl in the shop spotted me and exclaimed "oh we can do that in here?" All for of them then preceded to pull out their egos and commence vaping.

Forgot to mention: was walking downtown in Boston this weekend when I passed a guy sitting on the sidewalk with a beer next to him. He was pretty obviously hammered and homeless, asked for spare change to "help a guy get good and drunk" and as I walked past him and he continued his babble he said "this guy here is smoking some sort of (edit: starts with a B and rhymes with gong) thing, how is that right?"

I've never seen another vaper. Well, that's not entirely true. I've never seen someone actually vaping, is more acurate, but I did make small talk with an older woman buying Blu cartridges one time and gave her a CASAA and ECF info card. I'm hoping to see that change now that there are several vaping shops open/opening within aout 90 miles of where I live. I haven't visited a shop yet, but I can't wait to check them out.

In North Dakota its starting to pick up. i have maybe 2 or 3 times in the last year seen people vaping while they are driving. I also got 1 pack a day smoker to switch to vaping except for when he is really stressed but he just started about a month ago! I also have about 7 friends that all vape. 2 friends and i have eGo Twists with EVOD tanks, another has a VTR with nautilus 2 tank, and the others still vape cigalikes and disposables. I think once i get my VTR and show my friends and smokers how delicious and satisfying it is more and more people will continue to switch.

Outside of a B&M and away from work, I've only seen one this year. A kid in Walmart puffing away on an ego. I told him that I hoped that was zero nic, but his mom pulled him away before he could respond. Lol But yeah the kid is the only one. I make it a point to vape in public and welcome questions.

Only one. In the smoking section of a casino in Atlantic City. There were hundreds of smokers at the slot machines!

I thought to myself how awesome it would be if I hit it big, then I could buy a hundred ego starter kits and the next time I went to the casino, I would hand them out for free.

I broke even. That's ok. Maybe next time!

pretty much never, there was a kind of wave last summer when everybody and their mum had an ego stick but i guess they didn't likey and went back to analogs.

I've technically seen two, but one was in a B&M and I would have serious reservations if they weren't a vaper. The only other time was an older customer who came through my line when I was a cashier. He kept it hanging in his mouth but wasn't actually vaping it, he took a puff or two when I commented that he was the first person I had ever seen using one. I knew what it was because I had a V4L kit that I just couldn't get into and eventually went back to smoking. But it was still really cool to me.

besides at the b&m's, and my 2 converts-never...I'm looking and watching but have yet to see anyone else in the wild yet-was thrilled to see on fb that my husband's old co-worker vapes and probably started around the time I did, and my son's friend's mom vapes but I've never actually seen her do so(she still smokes too which I see on a regular basis)

in DFW i see a few but i mostly see people in their car vaping then out and about. I would say i have seen like 10 people i don't know who vape out and about in stores. I am sure alot of people are ninja vaping so they don't get told to stop or leave. The people i did see, only 2 werent being obnoxious about it. I think it's because of that, that people are all jumping on the anti-Vape Bandwagon. Just be cool about it and we have no issues.

At work all the time since there are about a dozen of us now that vape.... in the wild though I've only encountered maybe 4 or 5 people.

I dont think ive ever seen anyone that ive noticed. A good friend, who got me started does, and thats it. I know people look at me wierd when I take big old drags off my vamo in walmart. Im pretty sure they think im smoking pot.
