How often do you get asked if your mod is a drug related device?

Got pulled over for an expired plate on my vehicle (Ooops).
Michigan State police. I had three PVs in a homemade holder attached to my dash. He looked at em just briefly but acted like he knew exactly what they were and never even mentioned them.
I didnt get a ticket or anything either if your wondering. He sent me on my way and told me to get it taken care of.

Think of it as a way to educate the masses. I've never been asked directly if it's connected to illegal substances, but I've had plenty of people ask what the heck is that thing.
I wear a polo shirt with the company I work for embroidered on it - so I am careful not to vape in public when I am wearing it - just in case someone makes the wrong association - but saying that, I didn't smoke in public either with my company polo on... but that's just me.

Just one of the fun things about vaping - you feel like a minor celebrity with people stopping and staring and starting conversations with complete strangers.

I just started vaping yesterday, and when I used it in my car this afternoon I felt self-conscious about it, wondering if the people in the other cars would think I was doing drugs. Then I remembered that I had seen a couple people in the last few months that I thought were doing drugs - now I know what they were doing! My fear now is getting pulled over and trying to explain - maybe I'll keep the packing in my glove box to prove what it is, just in case!

I've had people jokingly refer to it as such and I'll laugh and bust into lecture mode on them. After that they seem more interested in hearing more and a couple times I've been contacted by their family members who have no luck with the various gas station ecigs and refer them to products I've had luck with while steering them away from anything I found lacking.

I'm been asked a couple times if mine is a mini hookah. :p I live in a small town, and not make people really know what non-analog look alike PVs actually look like. They aren't really shy people though, everyone in this town is nosy!!

I think I live in the same small town in Western Mass. No one really knows what it is but it has gotten me in to a lot of conversations.

Midwest here. I use spinners, twists and different clearos (CE5s, Vivi Minis, Protanks) Actually, I have only had modest curiosity mostly wondering how it has worked for me. Many people are aware of e-cigs now. I think most people naturally assume that, if you are vaping openly, its some sort of e-cig. After almost a year, I have not been confronted with any negativity. I am not one to flaunt it though. I do not vape anywhere that smoking is not allowed. Maybe a little stealth during long movies but only if there are not people around that could be offended.
