If I remember right, the Kayfuns instructions said you might need to drop your nic level with the device. Drinking water is always a good idea, especially in the half way to hell temps we get down here in SoCal. Plus I have noticed, that when in doors, with large solid metal devices (Kayfun, Term C, Ithaka) the devices get cold inside in the air conditioning and produce more condensation. Occasionally I'll get some of this condensation on the draw. Feels peppery in your mouth. I can only assume it's from the nic in the condensation. This could cause you to get nic sick. If your device is cold to the touch, you could take a couple slow easey draws to warm it up before you start going for broke. It seems to work for me anyways.
