Some times daily with a thicker juice. When the coil looks cruddy, I usually yank the cotton, clean the coil and rewick. Some times once a week if I'm rotating drippers regularly.

Usually when I change flavors, but the Caramel Apple stuff Ive been vaping the past week is a crapton thicker than anything Ive had yet so I do it once I notice the flavor starting to go every couple of days or so.. I just had to clean one after 2 days this morning and couldnt believe the tar like sludge that was all over the flavor wicks. I changed the coil to one that was rewicked with cotton while its soaking so Ill see if I can get more life out of the cotton ball wick now..
Depends mostly on the juice, some gunk up a coil so quickly I'll rewick more than once a day, other juices can go as long as a week without need of a new wick at all. If I look under the hood and it's not worthy of showing the build to someone out with the wick, dry burn, and off to vaping again.

I tend to re-wick every time I change flavour. I change flavours a lot, but don't use my RDA as much as my rebuildable tanks so I re-wick maybe every few days. I re-wick my Kayfun pretty much every day.
Depends really, when I use lighter colored or thinner juice it's about once every 2-4 days depending on how much I'm on it. Darker or thicker juices, daily. Or sometimes if I decide to go through a bunch of different juice on the same wick, it'll only be a few hours before change. Strawberry-scotch-melon-cream with a hint of blueberries isn't as good as it sounds, haha.

Every time I change my liquid. If i'm using the same liquid then for 2 days will be the longest I will use a cotton wick before changing. It takes 2 seconds and costs hardly anything so no bother to me
Once a week, unless the coils look really nasty. Or if I'm changing flavors, I'll re-wick then.
If I'm using only one flavor, at least once a day. If I'm using multiple flavors, every time I switch flavors. I'm a flavor purist though lol.

As needed, which is usually every 3 days or so depending on flavor. I don't constantly drip though, only when I am home here at the computer...

I went commando for years, until Glock came out with their Generation 4 "Rough Textured Frame". My soft supple buttock skin is much too sensitive.
For me it's more of a weekly thing but I should try to do it more often I guess. I actually have an RM2 on one of my Reos that I will go weeks without rewicking and more than month before recoiling.
