64 - will be 65 in the Fall. Daughter is 36 - will be 37 in a few months. Both of us have been vaping around 2 years now. Quit smoking 7-8 years ago, started vaping when stress in our lives made the cravings almost unbearable, and neither of us has looked back since.
I always have to stop and think about my age. Having a hard time believing I'm 54 already. Started smoking when I was 16, had my last one just a little over 2 years ago, which is also hard to believe!
I'm 12 years old, only because I started counting my birthdays backwards when I hit 29. So doing the math for the total number of years, 29+(29-12)=46. If anyone's interested in that "total number of years" silliness.
How old do I feel? Intellectually I feel 46. Emotionally I feel 12. Physically I feel 94. Spiritually I feel 1037.
Some of us have made it this far smoking for so long without serious illnesses. Why? Sustained physical activity? Hard enough to make you pant and clear out your lungs. Shallow/mouth enhaling? Rarely enhaling into the lungs.
Genetics? Grandparents decided to quit in their early 80's.
