22, female, smoked on and off for four years, averaged about a cigarette per night over that time, counting days I smoked more at college, and the months I was too lazy or cheap to buy a pack. Off analogs for six weeks almost now and not looking back. I can say with certainty I was never addicted, not because I think I'm better than an addiction, but because I never had withdrawls or any other cravings, still don't, but I do have an oral fixation that vaping has taken care of very nicely, healthier than pigging out at the buffet lines too!
