How popular is vaping in your area?

Just wondering how popular vaping was in your area. I am in southern California and it is definitely taking off around here.

Not popular enough. Biggest city in the world, and I've only got one semi convenient place to go to get something I need if I can't wait for vape mail.

Omaha neb six b&m now !! See a lot of people vaping but non on the forums !! Winter is in full efect and I see people picking up cigs !! Says it keeps them warm .. I hand them my paps lux with a origen dripper coil at .4 ohms and say hears warm !! Bunch of cry babies !!

Fayetteville NC, I live on the outskirts in Hope Mills and there are 5 dedicated shops around me but 3 stick to pretty much egos and liquid.

Portland, OR: I only know of a few shops and outside of work, I haven't seen any vapers. Where I work however (a rather large corporate office) I'd guess that 15% to 25% of folks in the smoking areas are now vaping.

As far as I know, I'm the only "serious" vaper around here. Local gas stations and Walmart have only started regularly stocking the cheap cig-alikes in the past year or so, but I've seen a few Blu advertisements recently (and my husband said one gas station just started selling V2 disposables), so I'm kind of hoping to see more vapers at some point. I bought an ego starter kit for a friend earlier this year for her birthday, but I'm not sure if she'll continue to use it or not. As for anything other than the cheapest and crappiest of cig-alikes, I think I'm pretty much the only one, but I could be wrong. When I'm out and about with my SVD, I carry around info about ECF, CASAA, and various vendor business cards to give to people if they're interested.

Boise, ID is nutso - over 30 B&Ms in the valley. I see vapers on a daily basis now. It's cool, because I don't have to explain myself much, but our population can't support all these shops (most sell the same basic setups, thankfully there are a few that really know what they're talking about).

It's quite dead here in Albany too. I try to support one of the two B&M's here by spending copious amounts of money on ejuice. When I'm there though, it has as many as 5 or 6 customers at a at time(lol). It's a pretty well setup vape lounge. He has probably 75+ flavors out for sampling. However I still get dirty looks when I vape around town. Damn hillbillies can't understand electricity.

In this town you can't throw a brick without hitting a vaper. That's actually a good thing because if they have a good mod, you can take it while they are out cold.

We have one counter in the local tattoo parlor for a vape shop so there must be others that use something more than blu but I have still never seen a vaper in the wild. I do not count the owner of the tattoo parlor vaping in his shop as in the wild.

Here in central NH absolutely EVERY convenience store sells at LEAST 2 or 3 brands of cig-a-likes...
Let's say....they OFFER them for sale.....I've only seen ONE other person vaping ANYTHING within 20 miles of my home town (that includes the state capital, Concord!!)....
It's nice to know I can get a "quick fix" if my MVP v2 or eGo's quit....but the closest B&M vape shop is 45 miles away!!

I live with in 20 mins of goodejuice here in Illinois and given the fact they have a b&m there must be other people but I have never seen any other than the ones I've converted.
Also before the local smoke shop got destroyed by the tornados last month I went in to get tobacco for my mom and they were carrying egos and vapage stuff which was a switch from a few months ago when they only had cigalikes.

Northeastern Pennsylvania here and I wish it were more popular here. No local shops to be had. There are, however a lot of people who vape in the area.

Going by what I see in public, I would say it's dead.

But if I go into to any of the vape shops, they are always very busy with customers.

Perhaps most vapers aren't out there flashing their vape sabers around in public.

I've seen just a handful of vapers in the wild but two b&m stores have opened recently here so I'm thinking there are more around than it seems. The city I work in made a law that bans vaping from all the same places that smoking is banned, so everywhere public pretty much.

I've yet to see a vaper in the wild, but it seems like SE PA vape population and # stores growing, see a few here on ECF and reddit, but in person outside of being at a store, not yet. Considering the population density, I would think to see more soon though.
