I never gave it a second thought as to what were in analogs, when I first started smoking about 18+ years ago. For the past 2 years that I've been vaping, I've "limited" myself to those vendors that have been recommended on this site (and a few on Spinfuel). I have no doubt that vaping is much, much safer than analogs. I also have no doubt, due to the numerous posts about so many vendors, about those that I choose to order from that questions about those vendors' ejuices have been answered to the satisfaction of the community members.

Someone posted earlier, that we're all taking a leap of faith here. Yep--I'll put my faith in the vendors I'm ordering from, than those analogs I used to smoke.

E-juice is tough to foul up. No matter where it is made, the components were all manufactured in some factory somewhere. Unless someone has malicious intent, juice is going to be consistent and safe. Gross negligence is also a small possibility though. Imagine someone forgetting to dilute 100mg nic. Unlikely and stupid, but possible.

Why are these type of threads almost always started by someone with 10 or less posts, who then never responds to any of the replies???

The cynic in me suspects that many of these are posted by trolling ANTZ looking to spread FUD, and hoping to provoke controversial responses that they can wave around and screech, "SEE! SEE!" ...

I trust small vapor producers a lot more than I'd trust a big one, including big tobacco when they finally turn out liquid. Who knows what will be in those bottles.

The opposite is true. The corps with deep pockets are going to be extra careful, as there would be a lot to "get" if they were sued.

The small vendor would just disappear into thin air......you'd go to their site and it would come up 404 Error. They couldn't afford the litigation.

While I doubt most USA juice is mixed in super sanitary, climate controlled labs while wearing hazmat suits

This would describe how juices are mixed in china by Dekang.

I have no idea why people don't consider it safe.

Probably most commercial e-juices, even from the small vendors, are made in rooms that are cleaner than my kitchen usually is. Really, how hard is it to pour/syringe/pipette some purchased (and assumed clean) ingredients into a new bottle without contamination? I do it on a fairly regular basis with my DIY juices...in my kitchen...often with dirty dishes in the sink and a dog or two lying at my feet. I live on a farm, I'm sure I consume more than my share of animal dander, dirt and bacteria. I went to the Dr this past spring for bronchitis- it was the first time I'd been to the doctor in my adult life for any kind of illness, and I'm 47 years old! I'm not worrying about such foolishness.
