How Satisfied are you with your iStick?

There's been a lot posted regarding the newly released istick, some love them some not so much.


What has your experience been, what problems have you encountered?
Are the problems deal breakers or a minor improvement for possible V2, and you love it even with the shortcomings?

Maybe there should have been two polls. The first either like it or not like it. The second question is "What is the one thing that should be done to improve the istick" or simply "What should be done to improve the iStick?"

Love it!! For some reason I can get great vapor w/o burning using a carto-tank.

Buncha VAVG lovers here. Awhile back there was an older vet that posted that he had tried most everything and had settled on running an old Vamo in Vavg mode. ( If that's what we're using ???)

I'm fully satisfied with my istick but that doesn't mean it can't be improved.

1) Power adjustment. It adjusts the power level just fine. I think it's the output that has everyone's panties in a bunch. It hasn't been an issue for me with coils from 1.4 to 2.0 ohms.

2) Don't like the connector - I assume you mean the 510 connector? It's fine. I haven't had any issues at all.

3) Don't like the menu options - A locking function for the power adjustment would be nice.

4) Don't like the connector placement - In a package this small, there's nowhere else to place it w/o making it bigger. It's not an issue for me.

5) Don't like the battery - I would love to have a replaceable battery. I don't think it would increase the size of the case too much.

ECF doesn't give that many options for polls....I love the iStick but would rather a replaceable battery, in no way a deal breaker.

Very happy with my I Stick. Great form factor, size, battery life, display, etc. Only one small disappointment. Runs a bit too hot with my lower resistance toppers, the styles I'd prefer to use with the device.

Istick is great but my threads for screwing in atomizer are wonky but I can get things to work.

My iStick is faulty. The voltage/wattage regulation is all over the place. I have to keep it set at the lowest possible setting (3.0V) to get a good hit, and even then, I still get random scorched hits.

I love my iStick and ordered a second one. A spring loaded 510 would be nice, but I don't want any changes that would result in a bigger size.

I love it. Happily haven't had any issues with it burning anything on any of the tanks I've used. (1.8 & 2.0 ohms) No threading issues.

This has been a lovely introduction to VV/VW devices for me.

Got a black iStick and liked it so much that I got the three other colors. Can easily live with the minor glitches but, the little bugger is unnecessarily slippery so iSmoka PLEASE manufacture all iSticks with the rubberized coating like on Ego stick batteries.

I can think of improvements I'd like, but keeping the size small is the biggest priority. Overall, I think I got more than I paid for with the istick.
Impatiently waiting on 2 more to show up...

Oh yeah, someone should make a sharkskin style skin/case for it.

Love my iStick. I don't want replaceable battery for this. I only had to buy this device, and not a charger or an extra battery. I think it's the perfect next step from an ego starter kit, or even a VV twist. It is a nice entry into VW.

Would I like a connector that I didn't feel the need to 'baby'? Yes, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.

Does it run 'hot' for me? Yes, a bit. I vape to taste and lower the settings. Again, not a deal breaker.

Do I absolutely love the size, the price, and the look? Yessiree Bob!

Well the Istick is really nice but I would love a replaceable internal battery that has onboard charging. That would give users a choice to charge at home or swap battery until home . Just what I would want........

I kinda agree, (be able to use the 18650 I already have) but at the price carrying a second iStick is possible and not much bigger than an extra battery.
