I have tried to read some how-tos but they are so complicated to follow, that I just get frustrated! Is there anyone here that can post some simplistic step-by-step instructions so that I may look like a bad ... =)

Put your lips to a round shape, lift your tongue a bit and release short brusts of air from your throat. By releasing I mean like you were coughing.
With both smoke and vapor I can blow rings you can jump a circus tiger through! LOL! It's a natural tallent that I have never attempted to describe how to do. I'm not going to try now. LOL!
I did exactly what you said and it worked the first time! I think that the "coughing" instruction was the part I was missing, thanks
Ahh yes I remember my first smoke/vapor ring. What an amazing feeling....until you get excited and do it over and over again....then pass out from the lack of oxygen haha!! I actually just learned to french inhale for the first time last night!! **patting myself on the back**
Thought I was only one that had done that ha ha! I remember my dad smoking and as a kid would get him to do these amazing smoke rings
Then when I started the evil art of smoking spent ages till suddenly you just get it right after that you do it all time till novelty wears off or you collapse!- Status
