How to charge the Blu Cig pcc?

I am not sure how to charge the PCC for the Blu. The instructions are not very clear. I saw on YouTube that you have to have a battery in it to charge, that it can't be charge on its own.. then another site said that no battery should be in it, it has to be charged on its own. Plus, I can't tell how long to charge it since the blue light on the side only lights up when there is a battery in there charging... I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Please, PLEASE, do not tell me to throw it away and go with a 510. I had one, it's not for me, I love my Blu.... moded of course... LOL

Welcome to the forum, Onekanegirl! Don't know a thing about Blu's PCC, but you might want to search the Blu Cig subforum. Better yet, post a few more times and you can ask the question there youself. Surely someone else has one.

When you have your pcc plugged into the wall charger you should notice the usb connector(at the wall charger) turn blue while it's charging the pcc. When the blue light at the wall charger turns off, your pcc is done charging.

As for with/without a battery in the pcc while charging, I have done it both ways, and noticed no difference in charging the pcc.
