RDA How to check authenticitu on Twisted Messes RDA?

Ok so I purchased the Twisted Messed RDA on eBay for $35. Seller claims it is an authentic but I don't know I just don't feel safe because he is including the stupid Trustfire BRC 18650 batteries that I will be throwing out since the moment I receive the package.

How can I check the authenticity? From the pictures I see that the post holes are big and clean and it looks fine.

Also it comes with 2 prebuilt coils. I know for a fact that TM wont include prebuilt coils with the package.

I already paid for the item because I was surprised I got it on an auction for an awesome price and I messaged the seller and he said it is authentic. I just dont want to pay $35 for a clone because I can get it for around half the price and buy some juice with the difference

Yeah I see that but in the description it doesnt show. Should get here by thursday. Ill upload some pics and see whats up then.

The description is wonky. It states it comes with 2 afc rings (blue and stainless) at the top then right bellow it states it comes with 3 rings (blue, stainless and black). The pictures are of the authentic, however the description makes no sense.
