MB I hate when that happens. I've had this happen to me while sending packages on several occasions. I asked my PO and they said every package is hand sorted and if they read the zip wrong it heads out to somewhere completely different. I had one package going to CT take a detour thru Hawaii

Well as you probably already know his email address is sales@ikenvape.com but if I was you I would go to the P.O. with the tracking # and ask them what's up?

No worries, I'm sure Val will be coming up on your email and we'll verify the address it was sent to and see if we can get another package out to you immediately. Of course this would be a Trust, for you to send the other (if the label is correct) back when it finally is received. Wharf is right on with these things being hand sorted so it will inevitably make it you if the stamp is correct.
What 5card said is your best option. The last time i had that prob i had ordered something from a Cali based company. I live in las vegas and a couple days after the trk# was sent i went to check on it because it should been to me a couple days after the trk# was sent and to my utter shock it was in florida! I was like wth lol so i marched my self to my PO and asked what is going on. They looked on thier comp and said sorry just a handeling mistake and then had it rushed back to me.
I had one where the Mailman, (a fill in guy) told me "I delivered it to the wrong address." "Just tell them you didn't get it and they will send you another one, they gotta pay for it not you". What a guy. Probably deals in hot merchandise as a side line.
still no cartos!!!!! i don't want to be a pain, but i don't know what's going on. i didn't get the first package or the one you said you would send. what should i do. thanks
Well, here is the update. The original shipment was returned to ikenvape on 4/6. Never got the replacement shipment or any response to phone calls or pm to Mrs. I don't know what to do. left message on ikenvape voice mail today. i'm just sad.

I couldn't send you replacements because we don't have any of the items you ordered in stock so we had no choice but to wait. The Mrs, said that you entered in the incorrect shipping address and suggested that we will re-ship the items back to you free of charge when we received them. We like to take the weekends off, because when else would we have free time? The good news is, that I did recover the package today from the post office and will be dispatching it first thing in the morning for free as promised.
