How to find admins and modderators

i don't know how can someone help me please, probably the wrong section, but i can't find the right one because no one is helping me.

At the bottom of every forum section is a list of moderators. If you click on one it will go to their profile page and you can send them a PM.

what is a mysagogue? is it based on post count? and how do you become a moderator? is it like how long you have been part of the forum?

Somewhere up in the forum stickies is information about applying to be a moderator. I'm not sure if there is a minimum time limit for how long a person has been a member, but if not, there should be. There are nuances to the ebb and flow of the forum that takes awhile to get a feel for.

i've looked how to become a verified member, but i have no referrers, and is there any advantage to it?

Becoming a verified member allows you to utilize the ECF classifieds. I posted the link for you last night in one of your other threads.

There are several methods aside from having other verified members vouch for you.

There was another method available when I became verified. It's not in the link I posted so either it is no longer a viable method or I'm linking to an older post.
