How to fix puhsed down center pin?

So an crappy 510 to 510 adapter and my incredible strength resulted in the center pin of the connector being pushed down flush. Whats the easiest way to fox this? How do I remove the button from the top cap?

Sorry, it's a SB.

I JUST NOW managed to use a push pin to pull it up. So I'm in good shape.

New issue/question. Can I go to Radio Shack or someplace and buy an new "hotspring"? I have one on order, but I'd like to use the mod before it arrives.

I did the same thing to my SB. When I took it down to Altsmoke (I live 45 minutes away) and asked about repairing it, they told me it would only be $10 but it would take a while for them to get it done. I didn't want to be without my beloved SB for any length of time so I just keep prying it up with some pointy tweezers when it gets pushed down again. One of these days I'll get it fixed, but in the meantime it still works just as well otherwise.

I always just use a small screwdriver. Very gently pry the center pin up. Just be careful.

I use a screw drive to pry the pin up on my Vamo just a little is needed. Don't overlook the tank or cart your using could be at fault and not your device.

Couldn't you pull it up and find a small o-ring to stick underneath it to keep it from pushing down?
