I'd probably be using a 7/64 bit. Is this even possible to do?
You can do it... but it'd barely heat up, and it'd take a good amount of time just to do that.

Look at the "Results" box in the right side of this link. Heat flux is a stone cold 55 mW/mm² and heat capacity is a bog slow 113.29 mJ/K.
Now look again at this link with 28 gauge... far more suitable for 1.2Ω @ 15w.
