How to handle VG?

I either use it at room temperature on a warm day, or use warm water to heat it up a bit on a cool day. I haven't had any trouble with shelf life. If you're making a pg/vg juice you could always add your pg to the vg to thin it down before mixing the other ingredients.

Edit: I should have mentioned that I also use a 1 1/2 inch, 14 gauge needle.

The nose is larger than a luer and fits well into the stopper. The stopper fits most bottles too.

I heat VG to about 110 degrees F in a hot water bath before mixing. It's much easier to mix and measure in graduated cylinders that way. Room temperature VG is OK with my syringes. I just pull the plunger out twice as far as the amount needed to get extra suction power. The measured amount can be adjusted next by injecting the surplus back into the container.
