How to identify one Nemesis clone from another?

So I purchased a Nemesis clone, through a private party on Facebook. It was being sold as an hcigar Nemesis Clone. I received it and I have no clue if it is in fact an hcigar or just a random Chinese mod that I just paid way too much for. The box is a really deep red/maroon with "Nemesis" and the Atmomixani train logo in the top left. I've seen a few hcigar boxes online that were black with Hcigar in the top left. Now to the device. It is the two tone stainless with "gold accents." Machining seems decent. Tubes all fit together well, threads are decent. The first thing that really caught my attention was the button. This button sucks. The button is crunchy. It sticks randomly. It, at times, has a loud click which I'm assuming is from catching and then popping up to make the connection. The mod hits great. I'm not really upset with the purchase. I paid $40 which is still cheap enough not to loose any sleep over. I just wonder if there is any real definitive way to know if it is Hcigar or if random facebook person is just saying hcigar to boosts sales. The finish on the exterior is 10/10. I'm going to lightly sand and clean this button to see if that helps any. My big question is just how do you know if it is hcigar or just a random Chinese clone?
