I was thinking.. when you take a look at the inside of a cart.. there is extra space available below the rubber piece that fiber glass or what ever it is that holds the liquid is only about half the cart.. where can I get that material and is it a good idea to add more in the cart?

That won't buy you anything because any additional material will not be exposed to the heating element: thus the juice in the extra material will not get vaporized. If you did this, you'd make it harder to draw on the Nebula, reduce the vapor/hit, and increase the likelihood of tasting raw juice.
