How to post about a local hangout?

So anyways, I want to get a group of local vapers together to hang out and get to know each other, share some tips and tricks, build coils, and just have fun. How would one go about posting that in this forum without the moderator, retired1 deleting it immediately for being a business? I am NOT a business..I am simply a regular guy who vapes, a vaper trying to meet other vapers in the area and get to know everyone. My 7,000+ instagram followers are about to hear just how awful ECF is to new members and how NOT HELPFUL the moderators can be. Someone please reply here and help me out. Thanks!!!
