how to put up banner????? HELP PLEASE

been seeing the cool banners but everytime i go to put one up i can figure out how or where please help

Hello payne, you need 15 posts before you can have a signature, once you hit 15 you'll have to wait for the forum to reset(happens once an hour), then click on "Settings"( upper right of any page) and on the left hand side will be " Edit Signature" Here's some other posting requirements. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...262-new-members-how-many-posts-do-i-need.html
