How to reduce nicotine level

I bought 60mg 100%pg nicotine and cut it 50/50 with VG to get it to 30mg. I need to know what to do to cut it to 18 so it ends up with more pg than vg. I am at a loss. Thanks

Measure out 5mls of 50/50 30mg and add 5mls of pg. you will get 10 mls of 75%PG/25%Vg at 15mg/ml
