I now use cartomizers on all my pvs.
Using that refill method makes cartomizers not so expensive to use.
You also get cleaner flavor using an empty cart to begin with.
Plus, you can get empty cartomizers in several different colors. I have several different colored cartomizers and only use the juices that I like. Helps not having to rinse and refill quite as often, if you use only the same juice each time.
