How to reply with tapatalk app? ??

Does anyone else have problems ? Or know how to do it.... I can like and highlight a post but can't figure how to reply...little help please

Down at the bottom there should be a little text line that says quick reply, to the left is a plus symbol for advanced reply, and to the right should be a submit arrow.

Thanks! It wasn't there at first I'm still new so can't post certain spots yet ..... (I guess)
