point us to your merchant account for your Print shop so we can make payment.. Don't know might be able to refund everyone and have them pay through the merchant account, then Paypal has a hold on diddlie

Errr, I think what he means is that paypal shut him down for the moment and now he's got $2400 frozen in the account that he can't access until they unfreeze it.
Also, he's wondering which "green with envy" competitor told paypal that he was "chucking", just so they can continue with their nefarious ways...
He might need to bring raven and a couple of chucks down there...

What the hell gives them the right to freeze funds from legitimate transfers?
I've heard eBay sellers complain about this kind of treatment by PP before, but I've never seen it happen to anyone I've dealt with. What gives them the friggin right to someone else's money??

If you read their terms....they can do anything they want. Most people don't read it though, they just agree so they can activate their account. Paypal is wack.
I'm going to guess they are assuming he is using his personal paypal account to conduct business, which is a big no-no for paypal as they can't get their cut. I would also guess they came to this conclusion by the sheer number of transactions occurring over the short amount of time and also the dollar amount.

Well sorry to hear it, hope you manage to get it sorted out Jeff, damn paypal! Even if they won't unfreeze your account I would hope they'd release the existing funds to you.
Obviously some paypal employee is reading every post on this site and cutting off accounts. He is spying on us.

I believe I found the problem. It would seem the Chuck is just too popular and sent him over his monthly limit. While I don't agree with it, this is from the Paypal User Agreement...

Damn it! Jeff should be making Chucks instead of having to hassle with stupid PayPal! I know it could've been a jealous competitor that tipped them off, but I'm going with the theory that just the sure volume of money transfers caught their attention, and they want their cut. sigh
