I am so ticked at myself. Spent the weekend visiting my folks. Got a nice call from a gal who was at the farm where my horses live. She called to tell me how Cooter was just having a grand ol time running and buckin around in the pasture today, which made me smile and then for some reason I had myself a good ol anxiety attack. (I gotta a take as needed pill for that thank god) but I got home and smoked about five analogs-something I haven't really done since I started the vape thing. I did get my heart to stop pounding and my breathing back to an even keel so whatever I guess-tommorrow is another day to start over again.
