How to store my ecig in my pocket?

Do I need to keep my ecig (with cart attached) in my pocket in a certain way? Please let me know.

I haven't put it to the test, but I've read other people prefer cart up, battery down.

The main way you want to avoid is mouthpiece down. I did that one time and got a mouthful of liquid.
