No vapemail today. I am seriously getting annoyed, I got a processing email on the 31st and nothing since!
It is VERY frustrating when an order goes over two weeks processing time! I have ordered juices from two other "hand crafted juice" vendors since I placed this order....and I've received THOSE orders...(as a matter of fact, I placed one order on thanksgiving Saturday, it was mailed later that afternoon, and I received it in this mornings mail ...less than 48 hours, halfway across the country, just regular "priority" (it fits, it ships) box....
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication...ok, it's "only" a $60 juice order, and may not be a priority to them...but if I had known it was going to take 2-3 weeks to receive my juice, I would have bought the juice i NEEDED from somewhere else...which, of course, makes me suspect that's exactly why they aren't honest...
They need to realize that it is better to lose the sale of three bottles of juice NOW, than it is to take the order, sit on it for two or three weeks, and frustrate the customer to the point that ALL FUTURE ORDERS ARE LOST!!
