Also, re: emails. Jennifer cannot reply to everyone that is wondering when their order is shipping. This is why we created the auto-responder email. So people would know what's up, but that we just can't respond to everyone b/c the response is the same: orders ship ASAP. She does respond to order issues and we will fix all issues in a timely manner.
Anyway, this will all be moot when we re-open and we have fixed the shipping issue!
