We are reopening on Saturday with 3 day shipping times!!! No more waits! :) Now you can get the quality product you love at the old shipping times! Thank you for sticking with us. We know that many people are frustrated and we feel awful about it.

Also, re: emails. Jennifer cannot reply to everyone that is wondering when their order is shipping. This is why we created the auto-responder email. So people would know what's up, but that we just can't respond to everyone b/c the response is the same: orders ship ASAP. She does respond to order issues and we will fix all issues in a timely manner.

Anyway, this will all be moot when we re-open and we have fixed the shipping issue! :) :) 2nd juicer is doing great! Thank YOU for all of your support! We are so glad you love our juice!

My order placed on Oct 23rd just shipped today also. It was a redemption, therefore I got pushed to the back of the line I guess... The only reason why I am upset is because I got forwarded to voicemail when I called SEVERAL times and got an automated response when I sent an email and got no ACTUAL response. To me, this is poor customer service!

I'm very sorry about your experience. We get hundreds of emails a day and right now, Jennifer is having a hard time keeping up. Most of those emails are asking when their orders will ship. The response is ASAP. :( I'm sorry that you were upset. We won't have this issue again!!! Back to shorter shipping times and faster email responses. :) Not having all of those inquiry emails about shipping times will help greatly. Thank you for your patience! It is recognized and sincerely appreciated.

My ego battery won't charge, it just gets hot, and won't turn on.
I'm not sure what is causing this but maybe another ego battery supplier, although not sure if anyone else if having any issues with theirs.
Still can't wait for you guys to open back up, have a few things in mind I wana pick up

just wanted to say that my order looks like it finally shipped from almost 3 weeks out..im glad to see that...thanks andy if you had a hand in getting it taken care of for me...anyways,..i can assure you that you guys have some of the best juice out there,..but that alone isnt enough to cary on buisness...you MUST sale your customer service and be competitive in the industry,..if everyone else is selling great product at reasonable prices,..what else is left to promote your product?...service and a good loyal customer base
ive been loyal and have got everything from you guys since you have started up,..and i plan to in the future,..

please get this under control soon,..i hate to see you loose anymore buisness than you have

I just received banana cream pie & hot blonde on 11/28. They taste holy-..... awesome! I can actually taste the different flavors within each juice. Wow. Just wow. Nice work. OMG, the BCP makes my stomach grumble it's so good.

But....

You need to think about changing your business plan. I ordered these on 11/09. My other 'fairly-well-known-on-ECF' juice supplier with made-to-order juice has my stuff mixed and shipped out in 3 days or less. And their juice is also very awesome.

I mean, I get that you even posted on your website that it will be a long turn-around time, but....I mean....seriously? Three weeks?? And you had to close your website down in order to accomplish that??

So just FYI, I LOVE your juice, but I will find it hard to order from you again.
I have zero confidence in your operation.
I mean, I feel like I want to say "please ask an adult for help". And I write that offensive sentence not to be an a** but to be brutally honest of my perception of Vape Dudes.

You've got the product to be a top provider.

Be thankful you can order your juices locally and get them in 3 days, because if you had to order your juice overseas like I do 3 weeks is the best case scenario. Good things come to those who wait. You even admitted what you whined about was addressed, but you just couldn't helped yourself and had to whine some more? Talk about flogging a dead horse! You have zero confidence in their operation, then please stay away, don't order again, don't contact them, don't post on this thread, it's people like you that will convince Vape Dudes it's not worth it, then I will not have access to the ejuice nectar of the gods anymore. I don't want that to happen :glare:

I placed an order just after 12:00am Saturday morning (12/1). By 1:30 pm on Saturday I got an email that my order was processing and by 6:40 pm that day I got the email(s) that my order has been shipped. I would say that after shutting down to catch up, the Vape Dudes are true to their word and back to short processing/shipping times. No, I didn't like that I was unable to order for a while and I'm sure I would have been unhappy with the long wait times. But with a product as good as they make, I was willing to wait. I did place a small order from a different company to tide me over until I could re-order from Vape Dudes. I have tried MANY juice companies and can not find any whose juice is even close to Vape Dudes. I for one will remain a loyal customer. Thanks, Vape Dudes, for the great juices and for pulling things together to shorten you processing time.

Edit: I got home today (Monday), and I had vapemail!!! My Vape Dudes order arrived today! Now that's fast!!!!

Your right. Vape Dudes was great in the beginning. The customer services was top notch. They even brought my juice to my house once when they made my order wrong! Now that was customer service. I recommended many people to Vape Dudes.
Then something changed. Orders took longer and longer. Customer service dropped totally. Too bad.
I think they got too big too fast and was not able to handle it?
Maybe they are better now but here it is December 3rd and I still have not received my order i placed on November 12th.
Oh well...there are a lot of other juice providers out there and I have moved on.

I've been vaping Blue Honey today. You're right - it's good. I ordered about
11 juices from them during the Black Friday sale. They are all good, but my
very favorite is Buttery Nipple. It's so good, I vaped it all gone. I need more :(
