From Tokyo Japan myself as well.
Have been living here since Mar 2013.

I have yet to see any other vapourers here in Tokyo. The Japanese seem to be in awe when they see an atomiser.

Seems like maybe vapouring was a passing fad.

Probably because the cigarettes here are still so cheap, even after the price hike.
